St. Michael’s is part of the Penkridge Parish which includes three other worshipping communities:
St. John’s, Stretton
In the village of Stretton, St John’s church currently offers two worship services each month:
1st Sunday: 4pm Evensong
3rd Sunday: 10.30am Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion
Levedale Mission Chapel
In the small village of Levedale is a wooden mission chapel, built originally for farm workers who couldn’t get to St. Michael’s up the road in Penkridge. A service of Holy Communion is held on the 4th Sunday of each month at 8.30am.
Pillaton Chapel
Pillaton Chapel lies on the estate of the historic Littleton family. This tiny, candle-lit chapel is attached to Pillaton Hall, and holds a Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion service on the 2nd Sunday of each month at 9.15am.
